It’s A Rodio, is a completely custom, on-site catering service. Each of our events, are tailored to each of our host’s specific wants and needs. Once we have determined exactly what those are to be, along with a menu and number of people that we will be providing for, then an accurate cost for your event will be determined. All our foods are prepared fresh, the day of the event. All of our soups, sauces, dressings and rubs are entirely homemade. This is a general overview of the things that we provide. We encourage our customers, after they have reviewed our services, to get together on the site of the event to answer any questions, review logistics of the site, as well as discuss their event more specifically. Here is where we generally determine a menu and the extent of services that we will be providing.
